Connecticut Honda Dealers: Honda restyles the Ridgeline for 2012, adds a model and serves up improved highway fuel economy. IN the looks department, Ridgeline features a refreshed grille design, aerodynamic improvements, friction reduction technologies in the engine and achieves EPA-estimated highway fuel economy of 21 mpg, a 1 mpg bump from last year. The new Ridgeline Sport model joins the RT, RTS, and RTL lineup. Ridgeline is unique in that it's the only pickup of its type currently sold in the U.S. Built on a combination of unit-body and closed-box ladder frame, the pickup delivers a maximum tow rating of 5,000 pounds and a half-ton payload rating.
CT Honda Dealers: For its third year in the Honda model range, the Crosstour drops the Accord name and adds some handy tech features, including rearview camera, auto on/off headlights, Bluetooth HandsFreeLink and USB audio interface. Two new colors are also available: Twilight Blue Metallic replaces Glacier Blue Metallic, and Basque Red Pearl replaces Tango Red Pearl. Everything else carries forward, including the two trim levels, V-6 power, available all-wheel drive and a full complement of safety features. Crosstour is based on the Accord, but on the upper level of that model's offerings. Speedometer and tachometer gauges get an updated look with white illumination, and climate controls have been redesigned. Pilot comes in four models: LX, EX, EX-L and Touring.

While the 2012 CR-V has a 1.0-inch lower roofline, passenger volume is up by 0.3 cubic feet to 104.1 and headroom is 39.3 inches. The new model has greater body rigidity, better suspension isolation properties, additional noise insulation and more aerodynamic features, including under-side covers and a rear spoiler.
