I've used another Honda dealership (where I bought my car and Executive Honda. The other shop invariably told me how I needed to repair something else urgently which upon second opinion review turned out not that urgent. In this shop, the opinions seem balanced and tell me how some repair might be coming due. There are no surprises and they stick to their advice. To me this shop seems to be conducting themselves honestly. I stopped going to the other place altogether.

Each time I've brought my car in to be looked at, they were honest, didn't try to push things I didn't need, and have a nice environment. Compared to other dealers with our former cars, they have also been pretty accurate about when they got me in and length of time for repairs. I always come home learning new things about my car!
