Front tires were worn making noise tried a few things like rotation did not solve the problem how outside source look at tire tires I felt and they felt front tires need to be changed. Had to purchase for front tires..

I had an excellent experience with Executive Honda, and I especially want to recognize my Service Advisor, Jay. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Jay was able to get my Honda in for service, worked with the warranty company to get the head gasket repair covered, and even went the extra mile to have my deductible waived. He kept everything moving and made what could have been a very stressful repair much easier to deal with. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and care Jay put into making sure I was taken care of. The service department did an excellent job with my Honda, and I’m extremely grateful for the level of customer service Jay provided. Thank you, Jay and Executive Honda!

She was not attentive she left us waiting. She wouldn't answer our questions. We went in there saying we needed a certain amount for our payment and our payment ended up being way over what we told her that we could afford. She would disappear she wasn't people friendly. There was other sales people on the floor that was so much more friendlier than her.

Briana definitely tried to fully understand what I was
Briana definitely tried to fully understand what I was looking for and why. She knew I was looking for CPO, but the specific one i was looking at had a deposit the night before. So we discussed things and found one id be happy with that wasn't cpo. She did explain the inspection the dealership does on all the vehicles and put me at peace of mind with getting a used vehicle even though it wasn't certified. It also helped that I have worked with Executive Auto Group befire(Liberty Mazda and Liberty Honda) and have been very happy. I love the truck. One small issue did come up with the emissions system, but that was quickly addressed at no cost to me as it happened within a week of purchase. I have been very happy so far with the truck and would absolutely go there again

This was one of the best car buying experiences from any
This was one of the best car buying experiences from any dealership that I’ve had. What made me give a 4 star rating, was that when I purchased my car, it had 6 miles on it and was a a car from a car show. When I further inspected it, there was unreported damage to the passanger rear quarter panel, as well as as a paint scrape cover up to the rear bumper. John was awesome with scheduling fixes to the bumper, but the ding was never removed. Ozzy, the service rep thinks he’s a real big shot and has an attitude. I brought my car in again because the ding was never fixed, as well as having a concern with the brakes. He walked away after telling me there was nothing wrong laughing, when I had a concern because I have a child and I wanted to make sure the brakes had no issues because even though the car is new, it also sat for 9 months in all types of weather but he’s a car expert so I must be crazy when I’m flooring the brakes to come to a complete stop in a new car. Please let him know that he could never beat me in a fight, even on my worst day, and he should probably show more respect towards his customers who buy cars. John however is an amazing human being and deserves all the accolades for his courtesy and respect. He’s also just a really friendly guy and took the time to address all of my concerns. This whole experience with ozzy really ruined my potential for service at the dealership, which sucks because I really don’t want to service my vehicle at Milford or Shelton.
