A poor diagnosis on Friday before Memorial Day resulted
A poor diagnosis on Friday before Memorial Day resulted in serious issues for 3 days until re-diagnosing the actual problem on Tuesday, which took 3 more days to resolve. However a loaner was provided on Tuesday that was helpful. Car has performed well do far since this event.

Our first meeting with Bob, he took us for a test drive, told him we were testing several car brands, and were just looking at that point. Gave us his card, and off we went. No pressure at all. We visited 8 dealers, took test drives. Everyone was varying degrees of pressure, and it was like pulling teeth, getting a straight answer. I talked to Bob on a monday morning, told him what we would like and the price range. 5:30 that night drove home in a brand new CRV in the color we wanted, with a smile on my face. The negotiations were a win win for all concerned. No $3000 appearance packages,$400 black locking wheel nuts, $600 nitrogen in the tires, no dog and pony show with sales person and his manager, bottom line no xx. Great experience, Great salesmen. 3 hours total and driving home

Briana definitely tried to fully understand what I was
Briana definitely tried to fully understand what I was looking for and why. She knew I was looking for CPO, but the specific one i was looking at had a deposit the night before. So we discussed things and found one id be happy with that wasn't cpo. She did explain the inspection the dealership does on all the vehicles and put me at peace of mind with getting a used vehicle even though it wasn't certified. It also helped that I have worked with Executive Auto Group befire(Liberty Mazda and Liberty Honda) and have been very happy. I love the truck. One small issue did come up with the emissions system, but that was quickly addressed at no cost to me as it happened within a week of purchase. I have been very happy so far with the truck and would absolutely go there again

What made me give a 4 star rating, was that when I purchased my car, it had 6 miles on it and was a a car from a car show. When I further inspected it, there was unreported damage to the passanger rear quarter panel, as well as as a paint scrape cover up to the rear bumper. John was awesome with scheduling fixes to the bumper, but the ding was never removed. Ozzy, the service rep thinks he’s a real big shot and has an attitude. I brought my car in again because the ding was never fixed, as well as having a concern with the brakes. He walked away after telling me there was nothing wrong laughing, when I had a concern because I have a child and I wanted to make sure the brakes had no issues because even though the car is new, it also sat for 9 months in all types of weather but he’s a car expert so I must be crazy when I’m flooring the brakes to come to a complete stop in a new car. Please let him know that he could never beat me in a fight, even on my worst day, and he should probably show more respect towards his customers who buy cars. John however is an amazing human being and deserves all the accolades for his courtesy and respect. He’s also just a really friendly guy and took the time to address all of my concerns. This whole experience with ozzy really ruined my potential for service at the dealership, which sucks because I really don’t want to service my vehicle at Milford or Shelton.

They gave me a great deal on my new Honda and process was fast. They also didn’t add anything I didn’t ask~. Simply, they made everything clean and quick! Service advisor Gina Roberts is wonderful and always with kind smile~ I didn’t like some other service advisors but everyone is different so I’m sure people can find their best fit service advisor as they all have different communication styles and I would say that is a good thing~ Vincent Mangene at parts is great! They do offer competitive prices for both services and parts(and I did shopped around my town)~~ Amber Hilario was there for me and she is such a nice person~ Xavier Matos at Finance is wonderful and honest~ Last but not least, managers, Joe Chapman and Jason Hocking are both very nice and wiling to work with customers~ I really hope they stay this way because I might need another Honda soon~~^^
